A Friendly Clinic for All the Family

We are a welcoming clinic, offering the best in physical therapy treatments to keep you healthy, mobile and active. We offer osteopathy and chiropody, keeping you well from your head to your toes, and have clinics in Grays, Essex, and Whetstone, North London.

Our practitioners are all qualified and experienced in their fields, and registered with the appropriate professional bodies including the General Osteopathic Council, the Institute of Osteopathy, and the Health and Care Professions Council.

We are also First Contact Practitioners, meaning we can assess and diagnose your problem, and refer you for scans, x-rays or other services if we are not the most appropriate treatment for you.

Animal Lovers

We Love Our Dogs!

We are a small and friendly clinic with welcoming and professional approach. When not working I enjoy playing with my dog, and spending time with family and friends.

There aren’t many things I love more than animals! I have dog, and love spending time with their four-legged friends.

I have a Hungarian Vizsla called Obi (after Obi-Wan Kenobi – a Jedi dog!).
