Directions

From Grays & Little Thurrock

From Grays Shopping Centre or Grays Station make your way up Orsett Road and Southend Road to the A1013 and the roundabout with Grays Kwik Fit. Travel north from the roundabout up Blackshots Lane, past Impulse Leisure on your right, and we are just a little further up.

From Tilbury

From Tilbury travel north on the A1089. Turn off at the Grays junction and take the second exit, travelling North past Little Thurrock until you reach the roundabout with Grays Kwik Fit, take the second exit and continue north up Blackshots Lane.

From Essex (travelling West)

Take the A13 West towards London and take the A1013 West towards Thurrock from the Southfields exit. Follow this road towards Thurrock and Grays until you come to the roundabout with Grays Kwik Fit, then take the third exit and continue north up Blackshots Lane.

From London (travelling East)

Travelling East on the A13, turn off onto the A1012 at the North Stifford / Chafford Hundred junction and travel south towards Chafford Hundred. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Long Lane, travelling towards Thurrock. At the junction with Blackshots Lane, turn right and follow Blackshots Lane until you reach the clinic.
